1. I’ve just registrated. What should I do now?
Introduce yourself by making a post in the Greeting Lounge and tell us something about yourself. For example why you joined the site or which anime/manga you like. Then you’re free to post away (don’t spam though).

2. How do I create a thread?
Click in the ‘new thread’ button at the bottom of all the other threads. Be sure to put in a title so we know what the topic is about

3. What is a double post and why is it not allowed?
Double post is when you post the same topic twice (or more). It clogs up the forum and it doesn’t look good. Be patient if you don’t get any answers fast.

4. How do I upload one of those fancy avatars?
Go to your user cp and the to the edit avatar section. Browse your computer for the picture you’d like (no pornographic material) and the push the ‘upload photo’ button. Be sure that the avatar is 100 x 100 or smaller.

5. I’ve gotten a new PM. how do I view it?
Click on “Private messages” and you’ll be directed to your inbox.

6. I can’t send / receive messages.
You’re inbox is probably full. If you delete some of your messages it should work again. If it does not. PM admin.

7. How do I join a fanclub?
Simply post in the fanclub that you want to join. There’s no limit on how many FC’s you can join but please don’t get too ahead of yourself. Remember that you have to be active in them.

8. Can I create a Fanclub?
Sure, as long as you make sure no one has already created the same FC before you.

9. Ranks exist? How do I ascend?
Yes they do...and in order to achieve a new rank you need to achieve a certain amount of posts to reach that new rank. Click Here to view the rankings.

10. Why are my reps nulled when I try to give rep to someone?
That's because you need either 50 posts or 100 rep points to have your reps unnulled.

11. How can I tell whether or not someone is a mod or a staff of Infinite Vortex?
Here is the Key:

12. How can I get in trouble?

You get yourself in trouble if you don't follow the rules. The rules will be spelled out here.

13. How will I get myself banned?
There are a great many ways you can get banned, but when you get banned you shall receive an email with a reason to why you got banned. But you'll get banned if you:
- After receiving one warning you get two infractions.
- Your post, sig, or avatar has any racial or discriminatory relation.
- Five infractions of spamming.
- Three infractions of flamming.
- You post any pornographic material.
- Your sig is too huge after a warning to change it.
- Lastly, if you get any of the staff mad; you be banned.

14. I can only upload an avatar of 100 x 100? Why?
That'd because you haven't received a high enough rank to be worthy of having a larger avatar. See "Number 16. Awards" for more details.

15. What about my signature?
Well, there are many signature rules/categories.
- Normal Member
Your total signature space allowed is 550 (Width) x 400 (Height). No questions asked. But everything within spoiler tags don't count, but they do count towards the max size limit.
- Demon Rank and above
Your total signature space allowed is 550 (Width) x 500 (Height). Everything in spoiler tags don't count, but they go towards your maximum size limit.
- Max Size Limit?
This counts for your entire signature, not individual files. It must be under 1MB! If it is over your signature will be edited and a warning will be given. If this happens two more times, you're going to be banned.

16. Why is there an Awards Section in my profile?
The reason is that with more posts and rep comes different awards! Here are the requirements:
- 5 Star Medal: Need to have donated to Infinite Vortex at least once.
- Senior Members: You need 1000 posts and 3000 rep points
- Platinum Avatar Medal: 300 posts or 1000 rep, which ever comes first.
- Avatar Medal: 200 posts or 400 rep, which ever comes first.
